The Freedom to Just Be Me: A Spa & Self-Care Symposium for Busy Moms

Indulge in an entire day (and optional night) of total freedom in the company of women who understand your need for a good break (no explanation needed), where you can just be yourself.  The Symposium will commence at the luxurious Woodhouse Spa where you'll slip into your robe and prepare to be pampered with a massage, a delicious meal, and moments of reflection and appreciation for the woman you are.  Plan to be gone all day, and night.  After the spa, you'll be free to shop, dine, and have some fun with the other Mamas at the beautiful and vibrant Liberty Center Mall.  Options may include swimming, movies, and even dancing before the night is over.  If you prefer to just rest, then by all means, Mama, REST.  You have the option to stay on site at the AC Marriott Hotel (or any surrounding hotel).  It is highly suggested that you take this time, just for you, and make the most of it, giving yourself a day (and night) away.  Contact the hotel directly to book your stay.  The retreat will wrap up with private coaching sessions with availability on Sunday morning.   The final group gathering will take place during brunch following check-out.  This is a getaway you totally deserve!  See you there!
